We can complete in one night what other groups of subcontractors can only complete in one weekend. We’ve been doing this for many years and now are making it available directly to property managers, building owners, private companies, tenants and institutions.

How it used to be done

Hire a general contractor who bids to five different subcontractors for furniture moving, carpet removal, disposal, flooring installation, painting and clean up (that’s like herding a group of cats). Many of these subs bid their labor out to another tier of subs. Every layer adds a mark up and adds to the likelihood of communication and scheduling failures. Just getting a bid may take a month!! To get this type of work done in occupied offices they have to work exclusively on weekends. Thus extending the process for many months.
